New user name (LSW_USR_XREF.USER_NAME) should be updated if re-created regardless of upper and lower case changes.
BAW manages user as case insensitive. So if re-creating user again with different case(ex. old='TESTUSER', new='testuser'), BAW treats new lowercase user as the same user as old uppercase user. We understand that this is working as designed, and new user can login to Process Portal with no problem. But, 'tw.system.user.name' returns old username instead of new username. Customer's application uses returned username to communicate with external database, and the application treats username as case sensitive. So, this inconsistency causes application error.
Username is stored to USER_NAME in the LSW_USR_XREF table. But, USER_NAME value is never updated even though re-creating user again with different case(uppercase or lowercase). This behavior leads inconsistency of username. So, we think that the new user name (LSW_USR_XREF.USER_NAME) should be updated if re-created regardless of upper and lower case changes.
