Predefined schema creation setup in BAW on Containers

Customer: Discover Financial Services

Product: Business Automation Workflow on Containers

version : 22.x onwards

DFS Postgres Design Pattern is to have schema creation is predefined step and should be created in advance with proper naming convention, DFS AWS RDS Postgres will not support automatically creating schema on the fly since this controlled by RDS Postgres Operator.

BAW Customization in place to support predefined schema's created in advance for all 9 to 10 schema's for baw on container. should not attempt to create schema's automatically. also document should be in place w.r.t privileges needed for each schema's.

I can not understand this requirement very well, eliminate the tablespace is the DBA job, why it’s related with BAW?

    Dear Submitter:

Since BAW 23.0.1, we support customized database schema names for BAW and WfPS when using PostgreSQL and DB2.

Since BAW database already supports customized database schema name, if the admin created a schema in advance, the BAW will not try to create it.

There is a CR property called baw_configuration.[].database.current_schema (or scheam) for this.

Please let us know if this is what you are asking for.
