API for Discovering and Listing Projects Within an Organization

When projects are created through POST /integration/processes, the returned projectKey must be captured and manually maintained by the client. There is currently no public API that allows users to retrieve the list of projects associated with an organization.

Who would benefit from it?

  • Customers managing multiple Process Mining projects.
  • Organizations automating project administration and integration workflows.
  • Teams maintaining large environments with frequent project creation.
  • Administrators responsible for lifecycle management and retention activities.

Request Please provide an API to list accessible projects under an organization, returning information such as:

 {

 "projectKey": "...",

 "title": "...",

 "org": "..."

}

 Please ensure that the project key returned immediately after project creation can be used right away for upload and query operations, without any access delay or temporary inaccessibility.

The API could:

  • Return project names and project keys.
  • Support filtering and searching.
  • Allow administrators to retrieve project metadata.
  • Provide a reliable source of truth instead of requiring manual project-key management.

This would significantly reduce configuration drift and operational risks associated with incorrect project references.
