Delete events through the API

For IBM IPM products, most tasks are performed through the user interface. However, a REST API is available for certain functions.

API documentation: IBM Process Mining REST API

While it is possible to register and retrieve events through the API, the delete function is not available. Instead, obsolete events are deleted through the UI.

Please note that, unlike event logs, reference data can be managed through an Object Table. The Object Table does provide APIs for creation, retrieval, and deletion.

In addition, the client would like confirmation on whether the addition of this API has already been considered and included in the development roadmap. If it is on the roadmap, they have also requested an estimated timeline.
