Improve user experience when creating advanced filters with a filter bar approach and drag-drop options

With the tool's focus on process analysis, many of its end users do not have advanced skills in multiple development languages. This point, combined with the scenario in which some need to use advanced filters and custom metrics, generates the need for a more accessible scenario for creating them, such as no-code. We should explore adding a no-code mechanism, with the addition of a filterbar and metrics that use a simplified syntax in the tool. This would help in option customization for end users. Furthermore, it would be interesting to have a more extensive library of usage examples (both filters and metrics) within the tool. This way, we are able to give more autonomy to the teams that are consuming the platform. Regarding filters, it would be important to have a filter dedicated to exploring the total reworking of the process (and not just by activity). There could be a type of filter for "total rework" and a rework variable that could be used in metrics like tables, which could be more flexible than the current case Id correlation method.

The plan is to have Custom Metrics built in SQL (not javascript anymore) in NextGen.

This is much simpler as it only requires standard BI experience.
