Add support for configurable Filebeat output in ICP4ACluster, equivalent to WfPSRuntime

In IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation, the WfPSRuntime custom resource provides a support mechanizm for configuring the output of embedded Filebeat sidecar, such us

filebeatOutputSecret: <secret-name>

The reference Secret can contain the Filebeat output configuration, allowing logs to be forwarded to external Logstash or Elasticsearch service.

An equivalent supported configuration is not available for deployments managed through the ICP4ACluster custom resource.

Requested enhancement:

Please add support to ICP4ACluster operator for configuring  the Filebeat output through a Kubernetes Secret, equivalent to the functionality already available in WfPSRuntime.

Business justification:

Our CP4BA environments uses an external, centrally managed Logstash service. The Filebeat  sidecar deployed with Business Automation Workflow must send logs to this service using customer provided output configuration.

This is supported for WfPSRuntime deployments but not for ICP4ACluster operator.
