Modify the Task Details section of Process Portal to refresh without re-rendering.

This issue arises when using a Process Portal that is configured as the host federated portal. When that is the case, the Process Portal no longer relies on CometD for web messaging and instead refreshes at regular intervals, configured by the federatedRefreshInterval property. When a refresh occurs, the Task Details section re-renders in order to stay up to date. The default value for this is 60 seconds however, when set to lower values, we see the Task Details section collapse and reopen constantly, making it difficult to use.

I suggest changing the behavior and having the Task Details section remain open and/or update silently. This will make it easier to use with a lower federatedRefreshInterval property.
