Cp4ba Product related feture request

In traditional IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW), administrators can monitor the health status of processes and services through the Process Monitor tab in the Process Admin Console for each jvm in cluster. This capability provides a centralized view of process and service availability and health.

However, we have observed that an equivalent feature is not available in Cloud Pak for Business Automation (CP4BA) in POD level.

We worked with IBM Support under Case TS021768056, and the support team confirmed that this functionality is currently not available in CP4BA.

We would like to request the addition of a similar monitoring capability in CP4BA that would allow administrators to:

  • Monitor the health status of all process and service components in each POD availble in enviornment . we do not able to see in pod level today
  • View the operational status of services running within each CP4BA pod.
  • Identify failures or degraded states from a centralized administration interface.
  • Quickly troubleshoot issues without manually checking individual pods across the cluster.

This feature would significantly improve operational visibility and reduce the effort required to monitor and maintain CP4BA environments deployed on Kubernetes/OpenShift clusters.

Thank you for considering this enhancement request.
