Request to Enable OpenTelemetry (OTel) Events in CP4BA for Datadog APM Integration

Request for enable OTEL Events in Cp4ba:

We would like to request support for enabling OpenTelemetry (OTel) events, traces, and metrics within IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation (CP4BA).

Our organization uses Datadog APM as the enterprise-standard observability platform for application performance monitoring and distributed tracing. Enabling OTel support in CP4BA would allow us to integrate with Datadog using open standards and capture end-to-end telemetry data for performance analysis, troubleshooting, and operational monitoring.

Could you please provide guidance on the supported options, roadmap, or configuration required to enable OTel event generation and telemetry export from CP4BA components? Specifically, we are interested in collecting application traces, events, and performance metrics through OpenTelemetry for ingestion into Datadog .
