Expanding the Number of Snapshots and Task Instances in BAW in CP4BA

Currently, in Cloud Pak for Business Automation (CP4BA), the BAW component has a default snapshot limit of 110 and an instance limit of 1,800,000. This value is configurable and can be increased manually, but when these modifications are made, performance problems begin to appear in the application.

This results in:

- Delays in deployment activities.

- Intermittent issues in the client-side user interface.

- Slowness in processes and in querying the left-hand menu of the process portal application. - Limitation on further growth in instances and snapshots
- forces the client to delete active instances that they require but that are too old due to insufficient application capacity

Where clients or organizations handle higher process volumes, the tool limits them, causing them to consider other platforms with greater capacity in this regard without affecting operations.

Proposed improvement:
I request that the following be allowed:

1. Increase the snapshot and instance limits for organizations handling a large volume of processes without affecting application performance.

2. Allow deployments without limitations due to this issue.
