Include System-Executed Tasks in BAI Events for ML Training

The Machine Learning component in IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) relies on task event data from Business Automation Insights (BAI) to train the Next Best Task (NBT) model. Currently, system-executed tasks (e.g., those completed by the Automation System Account) do not populate user-centric attributes such as claimedTime and performerName. This results in these tasks being skipped during ML training with "2025-11-10 04:03:48,762 - nbt - ERROR - aaaaa-bbbb-ccc-ddd-12345678909 - Skipping task instance 1234567 as attribute 'claimedTime' does not exist in BAI task event.", as these attributes are mandatory for the model.

While this is expected behaviour for auto-executed tasks, it limits the ML model’s ability to learn from complete process execution data. There is no current mechanism to include system tasks or provide surrogate values for missing attributes. We request an enhancement to allow configurable inclusion of system tasks or enrichment of missing attributes in BAI task events.
