Cloudpak wfpsruntime pod doesn't print postgres DB endpoint in the liberty logs

Our application, CloudPak WFPS, connects to a Postgres HADR database, but the database endpoint is not appearing in the logs. This makes it difficult to confirm whether the WFPSRuntime pods have successfully connected to the Postgres database. In contrast, when CloudPak WFPS connects to Elasticsearch, the logs clearly show that the WFPSRuntime pods have connected successfully. We need similar logging for the Postgres database in our WFPSRuntime pods.
