Restrict Developer(Users) in tw_authors from seeing all users when trying to re-assign the task in inspector

The Developer can now see "all" users in the dropdown when trying to re-assign the task in inspector. On on-prem he only sees the users that is part of the team.

Initially user cannot see members but when we change the settings
set that to false for :

user is able to see all members. This needs to be restricted to only members of the team being assigned the tasks.

on on-prem Proces Center and there the authors are able to see the users when trying to assign using the Inspector. The authors are also part of the "Workflow Automation Administrators" group on the process app.

 

There has to be a way to apply a  config setting that is missing on the CP4BA side or this functionality has been removed on CP4BA.
