Integrating Okta with CP4BA using SCIM should be supported in case management

There is a known limitation in CP4BA that management case solutions and applications are not supported when integrating with OKTA using SCIM.

https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/cloud-paks/cp-biz-automation/24.0.0?topic=notes-known-limitations#concept_gmf_x1h_1fb__idp

LDAP can be used as an alternative to Okta, but this is not preferred by some clients. This limitation can block a migration from BAW on-prem to CP4BA environment.

We request CP4BA product management team to review the issue and remove this limitation in the future release.
