Active Session Timeout Capability in CP4BA

Active session timeout in the CP4BA stack.

In the current design, customer will need to change the active session timeout in ZEN, https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/cloud-paks/cp-biz-automation/21.0.3?topic=administering-setting-session-idle-time-limits-platform-ui-zen. Then in ODM, they need to go to the config map to modify the ltpa token timeout. However, it will be good if we can get a active session timeout in the CR so that it can honor across the CP4BA stack and its under layers, ex ZEN.

Thank you for submitting your idea.
On the CP4BA platform, Zen and IAM serve as the centralized control points for authentication and authorization. Based on the current architecture and best practices, session management—including timeout policies—is designed to be handled centrally within Zen.

Configuring session timeout at the individual CP4BA component (CR) level is not aligned with the platform's recommended design approach, and may lead to inconsistencies in behavior across the platform.

For reference, latest session management guidance in our : https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/cloud-paks/cp-biz-automation/25.0.0?topic=administering-setting-session-idle-time-limits-platform-ui-zen
