Gitops approach for installation/upgrades using ArgoCD

Customers like Swiss Federal Office for Information and Telecomunication are using exclusively gitops approach to install and upgrade containerized applications on Openshift.
CP4BA and its underlaying CPFS are relying on scripts which are doing a bit of logic and are like a blackbox for the customer.
Every version several things are changing and it is tedious to reverse engineer these scripts and to implement the install/upgrade procedures based on our findings. Furthermore the level of support for such undertaken might be lowered and the effort for the customer to maintain all these templates is not paying off.
So we are asking to change the approach and to go the modern way of describing everything through artefacts which can be stored in a git repository and transported with ArgoCD.

RFE is therefore obsolete and can be closed.
