Integrate AI functions to assist people in process design and development

The idea elaborated as below by the customer :


1. AI business process automation consultant: You can communicate with users through AI chatbots to obtain users' business needs, just like a business process consultant, understand the customer's real business situation through questions and answers, and then give customers implementation suggestions.

This suggestion includes overall planning, where to start the project, what kind of people should be involved, etc.


2. AI business process development assistant: In the business process development interface, AI chatbots are used to communicate with business personnel and developers, and questions and answers are used to help users draw flowcharts, write scripts, design user interfaces, develop interface services, etc., so that people without professional skills can also independently complete a complete process design, development, testing, deployment, and online operations.

For example, according to the "project implementation suggestions", let the user select the first business process project to start, automatically merge lanes, add processes, design user interfaces, etc. through human-computer dialogue. If a node needs to be modified, the user only needs to select the node and then talk to the AI robot to complete the modification.

This process includes the AI bot asking the user to enter key information such as server address, port number, user name, password, etc., and automatically generating interface services connected to third-party systems.


3. AI business process instant messaging portal: users can install the AI chat robot client, through which they can initiate processes, receive tasks, and process tasks without logging into the WEB interface.

For example, through the AI chat bot, the user says "I need reimbursement", AI gives the process task name, and the user clicks to automatically start a "reimbursement form filling interface". At this time, if the user needs to upload a bill, AI automatically identifies the bill information and fills it into the process interface, and asks the user to confirm.

If the user wants to initiate a contract approval process, he will talk to the AI robot, tell the AI robot the core content of the contract, and then the AI robot will automatically generate a standardized contract document and submit it for approval.
