Integrate the open source instant messaging system to receive message reminders of process tasks

It is hoped that IBM can integrate an open source instant messaging system to receive message reminders from process tasks.

For example integrating https://github.com/matrix-org/synapse

It is hoped that electronic form functions (such as IBM Forms) can be integrated in instant messaging to receive process data, so that when users receive process task messages, they can click on an electronic form that adapts to various devices, and then send it back after approval to the process.

When users approve on mobile devices, they hope that the electronic form can integrate portrait recognition and save the portrait information of the approver in the electronic form to enhance the security of approval.

When sending data from the process to the approver, it is hoped that the user's public key is used to encrypt the data, the user decrypts it with his own private key when reading, and encrypts the data with the process's public key when the electronic form returns data. After the process receives Decrypt with the private key of the process task for enhanced security.

Electronic forms would ideally be as easy to use as the original IBM product, IBM Forms Experience Builder.

Of course, this instant messaging system can be made into a product that can be integrated with any application system in the future, especially it can receive form data from various application systems and realize interaction.

It would be better if artificial intelligence like ChatGPT is integrated to assist people in handling business, such as integrating watsonx.
