When trying to add an extra column, if the exposed variables are exposed in different process, then the way it shows in workplace has too much data.

It works 'as designed' but that does not necessarily mean it is best for user experience.

BAW User is using CP4A with the case feature.

Their case type has multiple activities, each activity has at least one human service task.

It has an exposed business data called Case Identifier which are exposed in every process instance (process instance is the implementation of the case activity).

The BAW user would like to add this "Case Identifier" as the extra column in the Workplace Task List.

BAW user can do that, but the way it's showed in the Workplace is very strange which is the long string containing CaseIdentifer title plus all activities names.
