Include customizable gamification framework integrated into Cloud Pak for Business Automation

Looking at gamification, there is currently no standard and research shows individual perspectives rather than implementation steps or best practices.

The sooner IBM claims this flag, the further ahead we'll be from any other future competitors. Also why I specified High priority.

Like so many concepts, without a framework most implementations will be siloed and limited to certain aspects of business.

Including a framework embedded into the bedrock of something that will change how business is conducted allows integration and value into a broader standardization.

I picked Cloud Pak for Business Automation because of how deep any automation journey will eventually touch all aspects of business.

Most of the principle elements are already implemented with Cloud Paks, adding a customizable dashboard to configure company wide KPIs for the gamification tracking. Also why I specied needed by: "Yesterday (Let's Go Already!)"

Extending the dashboard to individuals, possibly allowing personalization of personal goals and keeping personalized goals private or sharing them with other who compare with your profile alongside those configured across the company and or divisions.

Thinking about gamification is one thing and gets most individuals excited, implementing it is quite different when you realise the level of integration required.

It would add a layer of fun to work elements with leaderboards on who of your peers actively use the most bots.

Leaderboards identifies champions who can guide others to automate more/better and comaparitive analytics can advise on how to further optimize your work based on insights from gamification layer, process and task mining.

In my mind adding gamification layer seems like a natural fit, even when considering adding it to Cloud Pak Foundational layer transcending specific Cloud Paks.

Also consider having customizable avatar feature where you can personalize the look and feel of your profile.

    Thank you very much for your idea submission, we greatly appreciate the feedback and take the recommendations seriously. This sounds like a great feature, however, we do not anticipate being able to achieve this within the next 18 months. This item is not under consideration at this time.
