Use of Deaja Viewer by default when viewing a document in a task

We are using CP4A 20.0.3 and it is not possible to use by default the Daeja Viewer to open the Document Preview in a case client task. This means that file viewing / downloading relies on the browser configuration and the behavior is not consistent between a task (using browser config and PDF.js viewer) and the documents on the case detail page (using Daeja Viewer). This also means that a user cannot annotate or comment a document/file or even view the annotation while processing a task. The Deaja Viewer should be the default viewer to vie documents in every components / widget of CP4BA.

    Some new capability planned for 22.0.1. Dup of another Idea (IWF-I-605). New FileNet specific content viewer planned for next release 22.0.2. Support tech doc on how to set Daeja viewer license tag setting.
