Obviously, cp4ba is a solution composed of multiple products (BAW, ECM, ICN, RPA, ODM, UMS, etc.), but from the perspective of customers, they think it is a product.
Because it is composed of multiple products, customers have a very poor experience when using it, because almost every product is a login and access page without forming a unified portal. In other words, this will lead to a very high learning cost for users, and customers need to understand the use logic of each product. If a unified portal can be formed and the operation method is the same, the learning cost of users will be greatly reduced.
For example, the same search functions of BAW, ICN and ECM (access) are different. Access supports fuzzy search, while ICN does not. Access and ICN support "displayName" search, but not in BAW design.
When selling, it is often difficult for customers to accept a large amount of information. They only care about whether they can solve the problems in the business, the price to pay, and the online cost, implementation cost and learning cost. If it is too complex, customers do not have the patience and time to understand the products, which will seriously affect sales.
