Restrict continuous scrolling across documents in Verify stage

In IBM Datacap Navigator (Verify stage), the image viewer allows continuous scrolling beyond the boundaries of the current document. When a user scrolls past the last page, it automatically loads the next document in the batch.

This behavior leads to operator confusion and frequent data entry mistakes. The system does not respect the configured NavigateWithinDocument parameter in Verify.set.xml.

It is requested to enhance the product to restrict scrolling within the current document and require explicit navigation to move to the next document.

Recommendation: Since the issue is about users not knowing DOCUMENT boundaries and navigating through, one option is to create batches with a single DOCUMENT and many pages. This will guarantee that the navigation is always within the document for each batch. It is better to have many batches with smaller DOCUMENT/pages per batch than small number of batches with large numbers of DOCUMENT/pages.

    This will help avoid confusion.
