Configurable option in the Datacap Application Manager for record keeping

Datacap statistics - When you process documents, Datacap tasks gather statistics that are related to each batch job and saves them in the Engine database of the application.
This should be a configurable option in the Datacap Application Manager whether customer wants to keep this records in engine database or not, currently it writes to engine database and 
customer can run periodical maintenance ‘triggers’ against their TaskStats table to reduce the number of these excessive records.
