IBM Content Navigator and Change Class with Entrytmplates: original entry template should be set as default selection

 

When checking in a document with an entry template in the ICN, the original entry template is not automatically set as the default. Users are forced to manually select an entry template even when they have no intention of changing it.

### Current Behavior
Step 1: Activating the option to change entry templates during check in
Step 2: Add a document with entry template “Rechtsdokument” 
Step 3: Checkout a document 
Step 4: check in again with the need to change the entry template

- System does not pre-select or default to the original entry template
- User must manually choose the entry template from the selection dialog
- This occurs even when the user does not want to modify the entry template

### Expected Behavior
- When checking in a document with an existing entry template, the system should automatically set the original entry template as the default selection. In 99% of cases the customer do not change any entry template.
- Users should only need to interact with the entry template selector if they explicitly want to change it
- The check-in process should be streamlined for the common use case where no template change is desired
