For container deployments, make it possible to store the Task Manager logs in the same directory than the Liberty logs

In container deployments, logs are usually captured from the pod's standard output by a log shipping mechanism. All the logs that are stored in ${server.output.dir}/logs/${hostname} (those are Liberty variables), such as the Liberty logs (console.log, message.log) and by default send to the pod's output.
But the Task Manager logs are stored in a directory specified in the ICN settings, and there is no support for using environment or Liberty variables in the directory name. It is therefore not possible to send the logs to ${server.output.dir}/logs/${hostname} ($hostname is the name of the pod, and this is changing randomly each time a pod is restarted).
As a result, the TM logs cannot be processed by log shipping tooling.
The enhancement requested here is to make this possible. A suggestion is be to allow the use of Liberty variables in the ICN settings, when configuring the TM log directory path.
