Need to have the ability to:
    1) Allow the user submitting the document for signing to designate who the recipient is. Does not work in 3.1
    2) Allow the user submitting the document for signing to edit the Email Body
    3) Allow the user submitting the document for signing to select which Account to submit the Envelope under (Most larger companies have multiple DocuSign accounts under the same Organization.)
    4) Allow the user submitting the document for signing to select which template to use or have the system do template matching (Most larger companies will have multiple templates on each of the accounts that belong to the Organization.)

5) Allow the user submitting the document for signing to add a CC or BCC to the Envelope before sending.
    
The system should allow the use of a Service Account to interact with DocuSign and then send on behalf of the logged in user.  This Service account should be configurable via the Administration of the Plugin with the Integration account.
 

When the Envelope completes and updates the Document in FileNet, the Certificate of Completion needs to be downloaded and Added into FileNet as well.
