ODWek: Duplicate ODServer objects

ODServer initialization is an expensive operation. ODFolder initialization from that ODServer is also expensive. However, connection pooling is a recommended best practice when utilizing ODWek.

What if we could initialize a single/few ODServer object(s), and replicate it/them with all of its/their existing initialized ODFolders? The only tasks would be to deep clone the child items and establish new connections to CMOD from ODWek for the replicated ODServer(s).

Alternatively, ODWek could be expanded to allow for caching of these things natively - i.e. provide a config setting to allow metadata caching, which would allow ODServer, ODFolder, ODApplication, ODApplicationGroup initialization to potentially hugely speed up.

We had a test of SSL implementation last week of our integration with IBM CMOD cloud and we witnessed a pod scaling event. We had to scale from 3 to 4 pods and when bringing up new pods, ODServers have to be created, and ODFolders have to be opened similarly. So, bringing up a new pod is expensive from a response time perspective as a result. This is a real-world scenario where a) restful interface isn't a replacement for ODWEK and where we could have used the cloned objects are suggested in this idea.

REST interface already provides connection pooling.
