Support IBM Content Manager OnDemand REST Services on Red Hat OpenShift

Add Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform as an officially supported deployment platform for IBM Content Manager OnDemand  (CMOD) REST Services.

CMOD REST Services currently supports containerized deployment using Docker/Podman on Linux. However, Red Hat OpenShift is not currently a documented supported runtime, and IBM does not provide an OpenShift deployment method such as a Helm chart, Operator, or CASE bundle for CMOD REST Services.

Supporting OpenShift would allow organizations already standardized on Kubernetes/OpenShift to deploy CMOD REST Services without introducing standalone Docker/Podman infrastructure solely for CMOD REST.

It would also provide a supported modernization path for customers moving CMOD REST Services away from traditional WebSphere Application Server deployments.
