CMOD product inbuilt core dump enablement

Currently whenever there are any issues with CMOD like if it crashes abnormally or hangs for various reasons then ARSSOCKD would require restart to bring back the service but to get into RCA IBM team would need necessary trace log files and these log files aren't currently generating during the mentioned scenarios since the product doesn't have this capability at this point so basically these logs would be collected after math in most cases (If line of business doesn't have appetite for CMOD service being down while the necessary commands to run to collect trace logs etc. ) 

The proposal is to have inbuilt core dump creation login in place with the product itself so that in case of crash / hang / any abnormal scenarios the product itself would create necessary logs dump which would be useful for IBM team's troubleshooting.

This will help CMOD client teams to share readily available core dumps with IBM team's there by fastens the troubleshooting along with RCA & fix.
