Increase File Size Limit Beyond 2GB in IBM CMOD

We have several customers who need to onboard files larger than 2GB into IBM Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD). Due to strict data integrity requirements, splitting these files is not a viable option. Currently, CMOD does not support files of this size, and we are unable to offer a solution that meets both the technical and compliance needs of our clients.

We kindly request that IBM consider increasing the maximum supported file size in CMOD to accommodate files larger than 2GB. This enhancement would significantly improve the platform’s flexibility and usability for customers with large data sets, while maintaining data integrity and compliance.
