arsload option to suppress creation of Unique IDs

We have recently started using the Unique ID field in application groups as a permanent key to retrieve objects from CMOD.
However, when rebuilding application groups using arsdoc get and arsload, the previously assigned Unique IDs will be thrown away and new IDs are generated, thus invalidating links from other applications that use the old IDs.

We suggest that the arsload command is amended so it does not generate a Unique ID if a value is already provided in the index. Or, an option could be added to the arsload command to suppress the creation of Unique IDs for an individual load.

We do not use Hash fields but they probably work the same way.
