Shape the future of IBM!

We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:

Search existing ideas

Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,

Post your ideas
  1. Post an idea.

IBM Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD) - LDAP Sync - ARS1221I Group Member Addition

Preview will not output the group member addition in certain scenarios, but the actual sync will assign group membership correctly.

One example shown below. The group CMOD_Users does not exist in CMOD and user001 and user002 are members of CMOD_Users. You can see preview doesn't show the group membership being added:

In sync mode the membership is created correctly.

Preview mode is extremely useful, and adding this functionality would be extremely beneficial.
