Enhance ICC FSC Metadata File Collector to process JSON metadata files

We have a use case to feed Content File and JSON metadata File as a pair to the ICC task route where we wanted to map the JSON attributes to Content File and archive it to FileNet Content Manager repository, right now the out of the box functionality only supported for XML and CSV as per this documentation -https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/content-collector/4.0.0?topic=system-collecting-metadata-files

We looked a scrip connector path and were partially successful in that effort ( the custom code is able to read and assign JSON attributes and archive the document , but the post processor is still moving the JSON file to error directory), more details can be found in this case # TS020166844
