ICC DB2TS Indexer logging improvements

Logfile Size and Number of Log Files:

With the ICC DB2TS  indexer it is not possible to configure the number of log files being written and the size of each log file.

Currently only one trace file is being written with infinite size. In a high volumn email archiving scenario it is not possible to examine the trace file because it is filling up very quickly and cannot be opened by notepad++ any more.

Logs per Item Type:

In the current implementation of the ICC DB2TS indexer (V4.0.1 FP15) there is only one trace file holding everything. In case there is a problem that you want to trace through you have to stop indexing of all item types and index just the item type you want to trace a problem through.

Following approach would be better: There is one indexing process per item type and it would be better if each indexing process would have it's own set of traces.

Trace information:

The ICC DB2TS indexer uses the item types staging table as a to do list of items that need to be indexed. There are situations where this table can hold multiple 10K or even multiple 100K items. When running in trace mode the ICC indexer writes all itemIDs that are present in the staging table to the trace. Various times, sometimes in just one single trace line. When toubleshooting issues one needs to enable tracing, but with the current tracing behaviour it is not possible to open the trace file in notepad++ and if it is you cannot scroll through it because the mess of information in just one single line is too much for the editor to catch up with. Also the information which itemIDs are waitingto be indexed is considered not that important, the real problem itself is important.
