ICC Mail should support start supporting MS Graph Rest API (eliminate need to install Outlook client on server)

In current versions of Content Collector 4.0.1, ICC relies on an Outlook client installation to get access to required libraries and the option to create a profile. This requirement is more often refused by security departments.

Microsoft strategy moves to providing access to mail and other features in Office 365, Exchange Online, or Exchange Server in hybrid deployments through a GraphQL related API (based on REST technologies)

To allow clients to continue using ICC for Mail to achieve various use cases (like compliance/records management, centralized document management including related mails etc), IBM should invest in adding this connector to ICC for Mail.

Zurich Insurance Group is  running ICC with an exception approval to have Outlook client installed on the ICC Server - which however should need to be disposed (and the exception approval might be revoked without having much notice by their IT governance team).
