Hi Praveen, thank you for this idea, to add an owner field to parent space is an excellent suggestion, we will add this to future roadmap
It is very important for every workspace to have a clearly assigned owner. Users are generally not allowed to create workspaces themselves; instead, they are created by administrators on their behalf. As a result, the Created By field typically shows a common admin account and does not indicate the actual owner of the workspace.
Having an identified owner is also critical for the access‑approval process. When someone requests access to a workspace, we currently do not know who should approve the request, since the real owner is not recorded.
There are several other scenarios where this becomes a challenge as well, making this request high priority. Happy to discuss further.
