Ability to extend the Governance Process to the creation/build phase of a discovery map or blueprint

Currently, the governance process app follows a "Post Creation" approach, which means that after a blueprint has been created, then it transitions to a "Validation" phase or approval phase.

As a Blueworks Live user a new blueprint or a change to an existing bluerprint requires an initial set of steps required before a blueprint can be created.

Some dependencies can be coming from external systems that perform Change Management controls.

As a Manager of a group of Editors, I want to make sure that Editors start creating or updating diagrams only when a blueprint is on a "Build" state.

A "Build" state could be defined as the first step in a Governance Process App with a set of mandatory fields that need to be populated before a blueprint can be unlocked or change to edit mode.

    Hi Hector, we believe this is not in the spirit or direction of BWL and how the vast majority of our client base use the product today. Apologies, but this is not something we will consider at this time for BWL
