Automated email to Business Owners & Space Mangers from Blueworks Live for Annual review of process maps

For financial institutions and banks, process maps play a critical role in managing day-to-day business operations. To ensure these processes remain accurate and relevant, they must be reviewed and updated annually.

To support this, we use a metadata artefact called the Annual Review Date, which helps track when each process map was last reviewed.

Our requirement is to automate a notification system in Blueworks Live: based on the Annual Review Date, an email should be sent to the respective Business Owner and Space Manager, prompting them to initiate the annual review of their process maps.

This enhancement will significantly benefit business teams by ensuring timely reviews and maintaining process integrity.

    Hi Kavitha, many thanks for this suggestion, we can meet this requirement at least partially already, through our Governance App, which is designed to create workflows, precisely as you describe, the only catch is that the admins would need to specify the Business owner and the Space Manager.
