Text-Based Process Catalogue (PDF Export of Space)

In Blueworks, you can create a PDF of a single Process Blueprint for printing, or you can export an entire Space (including its Subspaces) into Excel.

I would like to suggest a feature for exporting a Space, along with all its Subspaces, into a single PDF document. This document would serve as a complete process catalogue of a company, all in one place. The PDF would not include the Blueprints themselves; instead, it would list only the names of the processes, their hierarchical position (i.e., their location within the Space hierarchy), documentation (Docs: description of a process), and a selection of specific details that the user can choose during export. These process details should be selectable from a library and should also include custom properties.

Such a document could then be shared with distinct internal or external stakeholders (such as regulatory agencies, internal auditors, or compliance teams).

Thank you for the idea and suggestion, this is the first time we have seen a request for this functionality, we will monitor votes on this idea, and if there is a number of interested clients we will consider for future release. For 2025 we are primarily focused on modernization of the platform so this remains our priority for the time being. Thanks again. I will place this under ' not under consideration for the time being, but will keep an eye on future votes.
