When a user is invited, the name of the admin that invited is sent to the user in the invite. The email specifically say "You have been invited by {this admin name} to join your organization's Blueworks Live account, and "Contact {this admin name} for a new invitation after the link expires". And also when an invite expires, another email saying "contact {this admin name} to request a new invitation"
Individual people don't work 24x7x365, that's why we have a support desk.... this is leading to an avalanche of emails for our admins, and a very poor user service when any specific admin is, for example, away on vacation.
We absolutely DO NOT want users emailing the admins. We want them to use our internal user support services.
Please allow us to edit these invites, directing the user to the appropriate support resource, and not exposing the name of the admin
