Requesting to include Artifact ID in the artifact change grouping in the Blueworks Account Activity Reporting API.

We encounter duplication records in Activity log API extract.

The assume duplication records show the same data of 2 different activities in the same time stamp and same SPACE ID. This is because the activities happen in the same SPACE. So, this interpreted as duplicates.

In actual fact the changes were made in 2 different artifacts.

In the BWL excel extract of the Account Activity log, they are clearly showing they are 2 different activities because the Artifact ID is different, but the SPACE ID is the same.


The BWL Activity API call does not return the Artifact ID so there is no identifier to distinguish they are 2 different records.

Artifact ID is crucial in this case.

    Hi Lawrence,

    Hope you are doing well.

    Unfortunately, we cannot wait until 2H ' 2025 for this issue to be resolved. We were expecting IBM to resolve this at least within 1H 2025.

    We reported this issue and created the idea since Nov 2024 and was told the resolution might be within Q1 2025. We were really hoping for this to happen.

    Currently this issue is impacting our audit governance reporting in our BWL activities. Our stakeholders are waiting for this fix to allow them to move forward with their work implementation.

    Please assist in expediting this.

    Hi Wilson, this is something we intend to resolve in 2025, but unfortunately I cannot commit to a specific date at this time, but we will add this to Dev roadmap for 2H ' 2025, as our 1H 2025 plans are already locked and resourced.
