Line breaks in activity text

For instances like quoting an email  address, it would be beneficial to enable Alt+Enter to force a line break in the Activity text. Sometimes spaces will work to present this (Example 2), but I have had instances where Blueworks ignores me after 2 spaces. In Example 1, I would like a line break before "do".

If I was to use an annotation to quote the email address, then I risk displacing the flow or making the map too busy. Annotations allow formatting from MS Word which is very useful.

The Activity should also have a Robot type in the activity, however in this instance the SwimLane Participant was a Group email address and I think this is suffice. If I had used the Robot it would have sat on top of the text....another annoying problem (Example 3).

Hi Kerry, many thanks for the ideas and suggestions. The process we recommend is to keep activity descriptions short as this is how BPMN best practice should be executed. For data points such as ' emails' we recommend adding that as a custom property so you have a logic field selectable from the meta data ( details within the Activity ). I understand why you would request a line break capability. However, we are trying to keep Blueworks Live blueprints as clean as possible to long activity descriptions which will deteroriate the model usability.
