Enhance new governance functionality

The new governance functionality is a great new feature that we were missing since we introduced BWL in our company. Nevertheless there are still some limitations that are holding us back from activating it.

Current limitations:

  • When activating the functionality the default governance process app is being used for all spaces --> Needs to be changed manually as we need one governance process app per Business Process Owner.

  • If the governance configuration is being changed for a space it can't be inherited by sub-spaces (as it is possible for Users/User Groups) --> All sub-spaces need to be configured separately.

  • The new functionality is currently not supported by the API --> All spaces need to be configured manually.

Requested enhancements:

  • Provide functionality to inherit governance process app configuration from parent spaces (like Users/User Groups).

  • Provide API functionality to mass change governance configuration on space level.
