Password Expiring email prompt

Currently a BWL User is prompted only 2 days prior to Password expiring. In my case I received the email around midnight on a friday evening. I had the weekend off + 2 working days following.

When I returned to work on Wednesday, the system prompted me for a new password. During validation of the new password I received "Your password can't be changed because it has already been changed in the last 24 hours"
This not true, I had not changed my password in the last 24 hours.

My account locked upon me trying to log in

I am an Administrator and requested another Administrator to unlock my profile and send me a password reset - this resulted in the same message above.

I cleared the browsing data and physically deleted all my IBM passwords saved in Edge. Retried a password reset with same result above.

As an Administrator I have previously received these types of problems from other Users on our cloud, and I dismissed them because I thought they did something wrong. I've informed them to just wait 24 hours and the glitch disappears.

Now this has happened to me and I am unable to work and have wasted a whole morning trying to log into BWL.

Suggestion: The password expiring notifications need to arrive at least 7 days in Advance and Administrators need to be able to clear the lock.
