Add in capability for customized process scoring like your CBM.ai tool and heatmapping

There are many links between IBM's CBM.ai (Component Business Model) tool and BWL. Combining them would provide a more comprehensive process view to your users driving efficiencies and visibility gains.  We leveraged CBM.ai to develop 17 criteria to evaluate L2/L3 process elements on a consistent scale.  We then combined up to 5 of those criteria together to answer certain business questions we had aligning to our strategic growth.  If clients had the ability to define their criteria and scales in the glossary, they could score their processes in the same tool they use to map the processes.  It would help them answer the question of "should i go deeper into this process area" and provide executive direction on key focus areas for the company's objectives.  Right now, the CBM.ai functionality is very disconnected, and visualization is very hard to consume outside of SME's.  Clients could leverage analyze mode to combine any criteria they need to see or better yet, having a dashboard they can connect it to with certain questions pre-defined.  This would really help drive a much more centralized process repository.
