Allow images (that's stored in a SharePoint and added to Documentation with a link) to appear in Word Doc export

Our company does not have a public repository or SharePoint where we can store images/docs. Because we have used all the storage space in BWL before, a SharePoint has been set up to act as a repository for images and documentations. Users get a link to the images from the repository to add it into the Documentation tab in BWL. The only problem is is that the SharePoint is only accessible for folks within our company. When using the link from the repository to add it the Documentation tab, it appears without any problems. The problem appears when a user tries to export the process map to Word.

Hi, this is a relevant idea and we understand the painpoint. We are in the process of considering the implications to evaluate how we can fix it. We will update the issue once the analysis will be completed.

Hi Andrea. Our users have added tons of images directly into the Documentation tab in BWL that we've used up all the storage space. Because of this we had to come up with a different way to add images. I was told that the only way to increase storage space in BWL is by purchasing more licenses but we didn't have a need for that. The only way that we thought of adding images is if we set up a SharePoint site to act as a repository. Users would add images to the SharePoint site that we have set up and get a link to the image from there and add it to BWL. The image will show up in the documentation. The problem is when we export it. Users export the process map to Word and PDF for those who don't have access to BWL. When it's exported to Word, the images appear broken. I was told by an IBM tech support (Cameron Bhatnagar) that this is because our SharePoint site is private, meaning only people in our company can access the images. We have no way of making our SharePoint site public so that anyone outside of our company can access it.
