Import Activity/Task level attributes data to Blueworks Live via data loader functionality

Currently, the metadata or activity/task level details have to be entered manually for each activity which is a manual intense and tedious job making it a big business pain point and they hesitate from doing this exercise. Therefore, it would be more beneficial in terms of time saving and ease of updating the info if done via excel data loader (excel containing the activity/task level input values populated by the user) or via API also would help.

Biz Operations team will massively benefit from this and in-turn increase the BWL adoption rate

  1. An excel template should be created to populate the activity/task level metadata by users/Admins

  2. Save the template on local desktop

  3. Use data loader functionality on Blueworks live tool to load the template

  4. Finally, data from the template successfully copied to corresponding activities/tasks on BWL
