Allow Viewers to Comment on Discovery Maps and Process Diagrams

Why is it Useful: This allows the Viewer community which only have Viewer Licenses to collaborate on Discovery Maps and Process Diagrams. This is an essential part of the mainstream process mapping, getting customer input and consensus.

Who would benefit from it: Every Viewer License user would be able to provide valuable comments on various processes or entire maps/diagrams.

How Should it work: It should work the same way you enter Comments when you have an Editor License. It is a collaborative environment and both sets of users should be allowed to enter, view and manage comments as they are today when you are an Editor.

    Hi William,

    We have 'Contributors' license type specifically for this purpose, to be able to contribute to process improvements and to be able to collaborate.

    Our 'Viewer' license is meant to view policies, published processes, published decisions, and playbacks of published processes. They cannot view process apps or participate in work, and they have no access to blogs, posts, or the activity streams.

    We do not plan to make changes to this for now.
