Eliminate the need to have BWL open before clicking on a link to a process blueprint

Currently, you must have BWL open before you can click on a link to a process blueprint that someone sends you. This is an extra step which causes confusion to users who are not aware that you must first have BWL open before you can click on the link to the blueprint. Users are frequently contacting the BWL Admin because they mistakenly believe that there is an issue or something is wrong with BWL. It is not intuitive to have to first open the tool before opening the link. It would be a much better user experience if all they had to do was click on the link they have to open BWL and be taken to the process blueprint.

    Hi Amy,

User need not be logged into BWL to view the process blueprint via the link shared. If you are still facing this issue , can you please raise a service ticket so that we can check, thanks
